Steadfast Hypnotherapy

Privacy notice

Last updated: 18 June 2026

This notice explains how Steadfast Hypnotherapy ("we", "I") handles personal information collected through this website (steadfasthypnotherapy.co.uk), including the mailing list and waitlist forms. It is separate from the privacy notice provided to people who become therapy clients, which covers session records.

For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights below, email [email protected].

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (the mailing list / free-download form, or the waitlist form), we collect:

We don't ask for any special-category (health) information through these forms — please don't include it in a message.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details only to do what you asked: to send you the free hypnotherapy track, occasional calm-living emails, and — for the waitlist — to let you know when a session space opens. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).

Where it's stored, and who it's shared with

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, which provides our website hosting and infrastructure. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We only share it with the service providers needed to run the site and, in future, to send our emails (an email-delivery provider) — and only what's necessary for that purpose.

Cookies and analytics

This site loads fonts and styling from third-party providers (Google Fonts and a styling CDN) to display correctly. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you're subscribed or on the waitlist. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we'll remove it promptly.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. To do any of these, email [email protected] and we'll action it.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us. We'll stop contacting you and, on request, delete your details.
